Weekly Classes
CLASSES
We offer only Private, semi- private and group classes only.
Classes are taught by Mauray Campagna E-RYT 200, RYT-550, YACEP, AIReal yoga, scertified yoga teacher and member of the worldwide organization of Yoga Alliance.
Knowledge and experience in Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Yin, restorative, meditation, Kriya, pranayama, kundalini, Sattva Himalayan flow, Body Somatics and AIReal yoga.

REGULAR CLASSES
We have regular classes running throughout the month.
Come along and experience Yoga Life Villa.
Every Wednesday we have our “Connect to Source” from 10:00 -2:00.
On the 1st & 3rd Saturday there is the “Rest & Restore” Day pass from 8:30-2:00.
